Initial consultation

Your initial consultation will be for 45 minutes to allow adequate time to assess and treat your condition. All of our appointments are “one-on-one” sessions giving you exclusive time with the physiotherapist to ensure you get the attention you need.

For appointments with Director Robyn Gant, please allow 2-3 weeks. Please let us know if you need urgent attention. We encourage our clients to work with our team of experienced physiotherapists for immediate attention and fast results.

Subsequent consultation

Subsequent consultations may be for 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the complexity of the condition. If however, you are visiting from out of Sydney, have a complex condition or require treatment of multiple areas, we recommend booking a 45 minute or one hour appointment.

Health fund and insurance claims

We offer HICAPS for direct health fund claims. Remember to bring your magnetic strip health fund card to your appointment.

Our practice does not provide physiotherapy treatment to clients covered by Workers Compensation and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

We are happy to see clients claiming under Medicare but wish to point out that private fees are applicable and payment is required at the time of consultation.

Payment options

• Mastercard, Visa, Amex, EFTPOS. Please note we require payment on the day of consultation.
• 2 hours notice of cancellation is required.
• We confirm all appointments the business day prior to the appointment.
